The youngest trained Stott Pilates instructor has had a huge career growth curve and her knowledge in other areas such as squash, football, salsa or even Bachata has brought multiple accolades to the table for her brand. The unique way of combining Pilates workouts with music that motivates you is what makes her routines stand out.
With 24 studios across the country in Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, etc, the brand has crafted a niche in this competitive space. The loyalty of people to the brand has increased manifolds and is proof that whatever the medium, the training won’t stop. The who’s who of the film and sports fraternity-like Kareena Kapoor Khan, PV Sindhu, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Varun Dhawan among others are part of Namrata’s fan base. When a fitness organization establishes such bonds, it is easy to predict that they are going to be the trailblazers for the rest to follow. “Since the beginning of the pandemic, health and wellness have become a top priority for many. People want to take care of their bodies and their mental health quite willingly now”, says Namrata the founder of The Pilates Studio. She and her team still take scheduled sessions online even when the studios have reopened.

The brand is planning to reach newer cities in the coming year with at least two more studio launches. Namrata is also working on scaling her teaching programs, launching a private label, focusing on her own YouTube channel and maybe even publishing yet another book. For her, the bucket list is ever-growing just like her brand.
