Beverage brand encourages consumers to practice social distancing this Holi
Last year has been an unprecedented year and with the upcoming festival of colours, there is a lot of excitement amongst people to celebrate it with friends and family. However, while gearing up for Holi, amidst the global health challenge, Pepsi® and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan are urging consumers across India to celebrate a ‘Distance Wali Holi’.
In a video released on the brand’s social media pages today, the actor is seen amidst a riot of colors, delivering a pertinent message of celebrating Holi while maintaining social distancing.
A PepsiCo India spokesperson said, “Holi is a time of togetherness and boundless fun and we wish everyone a very Happy Holi. However, given these are unprecedented times, Pepsi® is championing the cause of ‘Distance Waali Holi’ through its new communication.”
