Starting tonight, Sony Entertainment Television’s ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati-14’ takes one last bow of the season as it commences ‘Finale Week’ with the judges of Sony TV’s ‘MasterChef India’
Sony Entertainment Television’s longest-running knowledge-based gameshow’s 14th season will come to an end this week. ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’s final chapter will be seen throughout this week from 26th to 30th December in what is being called the ‘Finale Week’. From dignitaries to celebrities, the show will see different flavours being presented on the “manch” that has been revered and respected by the Indian audience. Mr Amitabh Bachchan, the brilliant and colourful host of the show will take the viewers on this journey as the season nears its curtain call.
Tonight, emotionally, Mr Bachchan will talk about the beginning of the end of this season, before calling upon his guests for the evening. Talking about the journey, the host will be seen sharing, “ladies and gentlemen, it seems only yesterday when I stood on this platform and declared “From today begins “Gyaan ka Amrit Mahotsav”, Kaun Banega Crorepati”. And tonight, I am announcing ‘Finale Week’. Ladies and gentlemen, the journey is coming to an end. In one week, the show will end. The heart does feel heavy and we do feel sad, yet, we do know for a fact that journeys end and relations don’t. Even though the road between us and you has ended, the relationship that we have with you will remain forever.” Saying thus, he would then call upon the special guests of the first episode of the ‘Finale Week’, Chefs Garima Arora, Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna, who would not only play the game but engage everyone in some amazing conversations.
Throughout the week there would be different guests gracing the hotseat. Tomorrow 27th December, Tuesday, the hotseat would have Padma Shree Akshay Kumar and Padma Shree Prakash Singh former DG – BSF & DGP UP & DGP Assam, Patron of Indian Police Foundation. On Wednesday, 28th December, KBC sets turns into a tank and invites Sharks Anupam Mittal (Founder and CEO of Shaadi.com – People Group), Aman Gupta (Co-Founder and CMO of boAt), Namita Thapar (Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (Co-Founder and CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics), Peyush Bansal (Founder & CEO of Lenskart.com), along with new shark – Amit Jain CEO and Co-founder – CarDekho Group. Thursday, 29th December would welcome ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ leading duo Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani to the hotseat. Ending with a bang in a gala showdown, the stage would have Antara Mitra, Sreerama Chandra and Shilpa Rao perform their chartbusters on Friday, 30th December as the platform also invites contestants for the last round of ‘PlayAlong Shukravaar’.
