The new menu is exclusively curated by the Chef Yutaka Saito to serve the diverse taste palate of the Indian consumers. Designed and plated by Executive Chef Yutaka Saito, in collaboration with his trusted suppliers, locally and abroad, ensuring the finest ingredients make their way into brand new dishes such as butternut squash kebab, confit duck tenders, pine apple & iberico ham tempura or chana masala terrine.
