*Annapurna Bhairi joins the cast of Shemaroo Umang’s ‘Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa’ as Girija Devi*

‘Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa’ on Shemaroo Umang continues to captivate viewers with its compelling storyline and growing popularity. The chemistry between the lead actors Swati Sharma as Aashi and Bharat Ahlawat as Siddharth has endeared them to the audience, and soon they will be seen tying the knot in the upcoming episodes. The show has already heightened the drama quotient with the entry of a mysterious man planning to sabotage the happiness of Aashi and Siddharth. Adding to the intrigue is the introduction of a new character, ‘Dadi’, aka Girija Devi portrayed by the versatile Annapurna Bhairi. Girija Devi, as she is known, is depicted as a stern individual deeply committed to her morals, unwavering in her adherence to principles and ideals. She is Amit’s mother and Amrita’s mother-in-law.

*Annapurna sheds light on her character, expressing her excitement about playing a role that is completely opposite to her real-life persona.* “My character, Girija Devi, in ‘Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa’ is someone who has a master skill in dominance. She is very old-school when it comes to her lifestyle and wants the entire family to follow the rules that she believes in. Amrita herself is scared of her mother-in-law as she is here to put everyone in their places, and she’s on it without any hesitation. Wherein in real life I’m completely different. My nature off-screen is very soft-spoken and I don’t like to dominate”.

*She further adds,* “This role will be a roller coaster ride for me as well as for the audience. As the plot further progresses in ‘Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa’ to the wedding of Siddharth and Aashi, Dadi will add a much-needed twist and define her presence as she will be attracting a lot of drama. The plot of the upcoming episodes will keep the entertainment game on top.”

*Stay tuned to ‘Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa’ every Monday to Saturday at 9:00 pm only on Shemaroo Umang.*
